Spoiled Diva by CL Felder is an original, handmade brand of glam girl apparel and accessories. All styles are created one at a time by hand in our Atlanta based studio. You won't find any mass manufactured stuff here!
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for damage items. Contact us within 5 days of delivery
for return instructions and ship items back within 10 days of delivery.
Custom orders, and Sample Closet items cannot be returned or exchanged.
REFUND POLICY
Certain merchandise may be returned for a refund within 10 business days of receiving order. This time frame is very firm! Refunds are issued minus a 25% restocking fee. Please allow 48-72 hours to process the refund. No refund on Sample Closet or Custom Design styles.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Certain merchandise may be exchanged if damaged or for a different size, color, etc.
We do not keep large stock on hand so if you need to exchange for a different size, color, etc, the item may need to be remade.
Merchandise returned for refund or exchange must have all tags affixed and in the exact same condition as shipped. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet these requirements. No return or exchange on styles where noted.
SHIPPING
All packages are shipped 2 -3 day Priority Mail.

Sample Closet items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Please check measurements and details carefully.
